Applying for a demo
NLIR offers selected applicants the opportunity to borrow a MIDWAVE Spectrometer at no loan charge to perform a short evaluation for a specific application.
Demo units are limited. We give priority to:
- New applications where the suitability of the MIDWAVE spectrometer has not yet been established.
- Applications with potential for deployment at scale, where customers are evaluating the instrument ahead of a volume purchase.
Demos are available in the European Union, Canada, and the United States. Submitting an application does not guarantee access to a demo unit.
The borrower covers outbound and return shipping, shipping insurance in both directions, and any other associated expenses. The instrument is provided for evaluation and internal testing only.
All demos require a signed NLIR Demo Lending Agreement, which sets out the agreed loan period, borrower responsibilities, and return conditions. The agreement will be provided for review before the demo is arranged.
